We're at the end of a strip mall on Prairie St — look for the big black smoker out front. Street parking is easy and the door is always open.

Tuesday through Friday, 11am to 8pm. Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 7pm. We're closed on Mondays. Get here early — we smoke until we sell out.
The smoke starts here
That's our offset smoker you're smelling from the parking lot. Everything on the menu is slow-smoked on-site, every single day.
Order at the counter
Walk up, check the boards, and tell us what you're feeling. The crew knows the menu inside and out — ask for a recommendation anytime.
